One page web design is becoming increasingly popular. Once the domain of dodgy marketing sites and design portfolios, one page websites are now becoming quite commonplace. In fact, design inspiration sites dedicated solely to their existence have begun to carve out a niche market for themselves (One Page Love is the best in the game and a quick Google search will turn up dozens of examples).
Many organizations now see one pagers as a viable option for smaller independently branded campaigns. Companies are also realizing the importance of clear and targeted niche content for their different demographic groups. And of course, one pagers remain a favourite amongst designers looking to showcase their creative graphical and coding skills. As is often the case, the growing popularity of one pagers has led to an abundance of bad design and hard to use interfaces. However, with a bit of sifting you can find many shining examples of excellent design.
